Strap not as advertised

Just received this and overall like a bag. Haven't used it yet and will post again if it doesn't last. I complain that it is advertised with a padded strap (adjustable padded shoulder straps for a comfortable and snug fit). The belt has no padding. I need a padded strap to hold the shoulder bags comfortably enough so I need to buy a pillow to add to the strap. They'll need to update their post to be accurate or provide a padded strap.
