It worked so well that I was amazed!
When I saw how thin the metal looked I figured it would do nothing to keep my coffee hot. I was completely wrong, surprised and happy. He did very well! When I make coffee with a French Press in the morning, I want the second cup to be very hot by the time I drink it later in the day. I bought this thermos especially for this. When I checked later, I was delighted, the coffee stayed very hot. Haven't tried leaving the coffee overnight so can't speak to that, but I'd be sure the wood would work just fine. I'll try it out soon and either edit or repost. It's great work, it's great value for money.
