This is my second Q-Flex. and no, not because something happened to the first one. I decided to buy one to keep at work as I had to carry the one I had back and forth all the time. I was afraid that I would forget him and be without him. THAT would be a tragedy! I bought my first Q-Flex the same night we saw it on Shark Tank and I've been in love ever since. I have a very long history of tightness in my shoulder and between my shoulder blades and it seems like no one is ever able to find the right spot or put enough pressure on the right spot for quite a while. I've used golf balls against the wall but they slide off once you get the right spot. I used to use a shiatsu neck massager, but ended up rubbing off bits of skin to put enough pressure on the knot in my back. So when I saw this on Shark Tank. I ordered it before the end of the segment. Since then I have brought my two sisters, my niece and my niece's boyfriend on the Q-Flex train. That's the best thing that can happen to shoulder tension knots!
