Insert batteries and test immediately!
Unfortunately my dog ate the original. Nice to find a replacement. Put the batteries in immediately and make sure they work! Too bad I didn't put the batteries in right away. A month later they went to put batteries in and found that one of the wires connecting to the battery was pinched. Pull it out with tweezers and it won't work. Can't return as you only have a month.
- No programming needed, just put in new alkaline batteries and you're good to go
