Purchased as a replacement for the Lepai 2020A+ which was emitting magic smoke after the power supply became dusty. The test was run on a clamp bench of 4-inch 3-way outdoor speakers A-to-B against a tiny "100W" Boss car amp. This thing sounds great, well balanced and with plenty of bass, doesn't put out much volume compared to a car amp (which sounded too bright but that's another review). No connection option to my permanently installed 6x9 boathouse loudspeakers. However, this bundled amp would be ideal for a desktop stereo or boombox. power connection. Installed on our porch with sealed outdoor speakers. Sounds great, better than the previously used Lepai LP-A68. Produces more than enough volume for close listening. I leave the volume slider at about 50%. happy with it amp.
