Review on 🎧 Villain Sport Headphones: Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds with Thumping Bass - Perfect for Running, Workouts, and Gym by Kimberly Dionne

Revainrating 3 out of 5

3 pairs didn't work - Sounds good but quality is questionable; Excellent customer service

This headset sounded ok but didn't last very long. He took the initial charge normally but never again. I've tried multiple USB cables and chargers, both in the car and plugged into outlets - nothing. When you turn it on, it immediately writes "Battery is low" and turns off. Don't waste money! UPDATE: Rogue support was helpful. I've updated the overall rating and I'm optimistic about the next headset. UPDATE #2: The second headset lasted about 6 weeks. This time the BT connection dropped, I tried to connect again, it took about 5-8 seconds and then dropped again. I took it home, charged the battery and tried again a few days later. They worked fine for about 20 minutes and then lost the BT connection. I've tried restarting the headset multiple times. Strangely, the voice saying "turn on" or "turn off" got very high pitched (like you're talking to helium!). And now it doesn't matter anymore. I tried 2 pairs and both stopped working in less than 2 months. When they work, they sound decent. And the company has good customer service, but they have a cheap product that is not worth the hassle. UPDATE #3: Villian Electronics contacted me to resolve the issue - they will send me another product. I can certainly appreciate a company that goes above and beyond to treat their customers well. UPDATE #4: The 3rd pair lasted about 3 months. I sweat a lot while running, which is probably the reason for their failure. They sound good and could be a good option for those who aren't too rough with them, but they don't last long for me. Time to try something different!
