This is my review of v19 more professional watches. Positive in negative, although not much negative! I've been waiting a long time to find a watch that accurately measures spo2, blood pressure and EKG/ECG! WOW I FOUND THIS FOR A GREAT PRICE! I can't believe this new technology and what this watch is capable of! I was skeptical at first because of the negative reviews. but then I finally spent a small amount of money to try the watch. This thing is great for what it can do and how accurate it is with a more professional app. All you have to do is put them on. Pair it with a more professional app, adjust the settings to make oxygen, blood pressure, heart rate and sleep automatic! You just let it do its thing, and miraculously the next day you have all this ridiculous amount of data! I think he takes all these measurements day and night at about 1 minute intervals. It can even detect sleep apnea, which is amazing! They also have something called variable heart rate HRV. It will tell you if your heart is working properly and it will give you a Lorenz scatter plot that tells you how your heart is working! Then, of course, you have the EKG, which you simply place your finger on the watch's silver band and hold. Take an ECG on the watch or press start in the morepro ECG function. You can take all the stats and give them to your cardiologist to review. Really amazing!*** TIP! BLOOD PRESSURE! It is only accurate if your blood pressure is 120 over 80 of normal blood pressure. You can fix this by using your personal blood pressure monitor. You should look at your average car blood pressure for about a week, I would say. Your blood pressure monitor should give you the average! My Omron blood pressure cuff shows the average value recorded via Bluetooth in the Omron Connect app. **You take this average and enter it into the personal blood pressure section of a more professional app** then the blood pressure on the watch becomes extremely accurate! ---------------- - --- -------NEGATIVE! But a bit. It's really not a great fitness watch. This means you won't get an accurate heart rate when you're running or moving to exercise. You can select multiple exercises in the app and it will tell you your steps, but unfortunately it doesn't tell you what's happening with your oxygen, blood pressure and heart rate during that time, even if it records it separately in the background. damn weird. and even if you look happy, automatic readings during exercise, as said, heart rate and blood pressure will not be accurate. I think oxygen will be accurate. How do I know? Because when I exercise, I use the Samsung Health app with a heart rate strap. Unlike the more professional Samsung Health app, there are plenty of exercises that you can use for almost anything. and when you hit the start button, your heart rate will be told to you through the strap, which will be ridiculously accurate. You can see your heart rate going up and down. At the end you will see a graph of your exercises and what your heart has been doing. (App b19 and more pro doesn't do this and may not be accurate on your wrist) When I used both apps at the same time my heart rate monitor and Samsung Health were much more accurate during exercise, for example my heart rate would be 140 but on my watch were it only 98! Very wrong! I wish a more professional app would allow you to plug in a heart rate strap like the universal Garmin and read your heart data and give you a graph at the end, just like the Samsung app. I just don't understand why this doesn't work! And I wish he had more movement, very very limited! But it will tell you your steps, which is pretty accurate during exercise and time. CONCLUSION! v19 is a bargain for what it's worth. I don't consider it a fitness watch but more of a wellness watch and a very accurate health watch! If you wear it all the time while going about your normal activities, it's a great diagnostic tool and helps you know how healthy you really are. amazing watch to take all your stats and share them with your doctor and cardiologist. Personally, I use this watch, my Samsung Health app, and a heart strap to get the best of both worlds. I just wish it did the same thing as Samsung Health and you could connect other heart rate monitors to its app which would show you a graph of your heart at the end of your workout as well as many other exercise options! For your workouts and exercises, you'd better use a heart monitor in another app to track your exercises if you want to see exactly what your heart is doing. The Samsung Health app is great for groceries and everything that comes with them. but it also can not related to v19 and more pro app. Conclusion I love this watch, if I lose it, I'll buy it again immediately! Five stars!
