I started buying because one day I saw a really good deal. I mean, it was even too good, about $27 for a 30 pound bag delivered to my door, up from the usually $50+ from Acana or Taste of the Wild. Then the price went up. Then I realized that my dog wasn't doing so well with it. He vomited regularly and was lethargic, which was not his usual condition. Slept A LOT more (he sleeps a lot but I can tell a lazy dog from a sick one). I originally chalked it up as "it's probably something else". So I bought more of this feed. The dog was no better. So I ran to the tractor store and bought another Taste of the Wild because the price went up again so it's basically the same now. Since then, my pet hasn't thrown up and is still asleep, but his ability has returned. I thought maybe it's not the food. But this is the same type of food I have been feeding him (buffalo, grain free) since he was 3 months old. In summary we need to do some real scientific research to see if it was food or dog but as he doesn't feel sick now that he's back on his old food I have to give this one 3 stars. I would give it 2 stars but I can't prove it was the food that made him sick. . I can't give 4 stars because I have no proof that the food is good or bad.
