It turns out I haven't slept in decades. After spending several hours falling asleep and then constantly waking up, I felt like sleep was meant to be like this. My friend recommended the weighted blank to me, she said it could solve my problem as well as her son's. I wanted something good so I got this 20lb adult weighted blanket and although it required some adjustments I am finally sleeping the way I should.
