I love this machine and use it all the time. I use it every 7 days instead of every 4 weeks as advertised (because professional lasers are more powerful and require treatment every 4 weeks). There was a problem with the cartridge I bought. He only worked a few minutes and showed that there were no more pulses. As I said, it should be 1500 and not 5 times less. I will never order from this supplier again. The cartridges are $25 on the Remington website and I've never had a problem with them. Do not buy from this seller.
