The bolt pattern places the rectangular footboard perpendicular to the trailer
This is a replacement for a jack that someone fitted to a used trailer I bought. The jack is fine and the height was spot on when fully retracted BUT I use a jiffy stand on this trailer, not a wheel, and the bolting position turned the jiffy stand sideways for me. On the whole it doesn't matter, but be aware that the bolt pattern leaves a solid rectangular foot perpendicular to the trailer, not in the direction of travel.
