I have enjoyed working with this team at several companies over time including my current employer where we worked together for many years before coming to work here! This is one of those rare situations when people are not just nice but genuinely caring about others too - it's really refreshing as there aren't an abundance (or any) like that out their these days!! The support from IT Services has been great all along so far through our transition into new building which was also completed during Hurricane Irma last year; they were able help us get set up quickly without breaking anything or causing problems down stream while helping navigate some technical issues around connectivity between networks within buildings etc.; very professional approach overall though nothing specific comes first other than good customer service/support always gets me excited regardless if its something minor such as providing coffee :) I haven't found any downside to this service so far. The staff is very friendly and helpful when you need help with anything they can do what ever it may be quickly! They also have some of cheapest rates around for data center services which makes sense since there are no other competitors that offer similar services. We use them as our colo provider because their datacenter has all we require such as power infrastructure ethernet connectivity etc..
