The scale works very well. They are easy to use. After a few hundred miles, they're still tight and showing no signs of weakening. The shipments are packed in a sturdy cardboard box with a pull-out tray, which is much nicer than the blister packaging shown. The box is much better for storage - definitely a pleasant surprise. Note: The weights are steel, not lead. The reason you might care is that if you need to use half the charge (I have) you'll need bolt cutters or something similar to cut the charge in half. Old-style lead weights were easily cut with almost any cutting tool, but that is not the case. It's not bad, you just have to be prepared for it.
