I ended up buying 3 of these at different times thinking I had received a defective product but didn't return them. All I know is that I have a Samsung A11 Android phone and I followed all the instructions. After downloading the application, I turned on the device and waited for 2 beeps. It showed connected and I put my collar on it as my kitty is indoors and out but when I tried to find it my app said it wasn't connected. After trying this product on 3 different products I still can't get them to work. I just get stuck in connection mode which unfortunately never connects. I need to figure out if I should go through the item return process.
