I do like how easy it was for me personally after some learning when working through one-on-one tutorials. It takes time but once you figure out what all your options actually mean/do they can be confusing at first so just take your own personal amount of patience needed into consideration if using this product will work best within there current process flow or not! Having multiple people involved across two sites is difficult because sometimes things aren't immediately available where another person might require them faster than their local system has been updated yet etc - however since everything syncs automatically its great knowing someone else outside your environment could potentially see something sooner instead needing more direct communication which slows.
