I bought these shoes for my 1 year old grandson, he wore them for 5 days and they no longer light up. He enjoyed them when he first wore them but after 5 days of wearing it is devastating, they no longer have a backlight. In terms of comfort, he loves them, but for a one-year-old, they'll also love the lightbulbs on the shoes. I returned the shoes and got a second pair hoping they would last but these shoes had a 2 day stop sign on them. I gave 1 star for the comfort, not the lighting.
