It does the job

I bought the 1.5GPM version hoping it would be more of a mist but it's quite a powerful spray. This can be a plus for those who like a stronger water feel. Those nozzle designs that have a shroud around the jet tend to be louder (sounds like the quietest hiss you can make, but can be twice as loud as the loudest). They can make this noise) than typical showerheads where the jet comes from the surface. This won't be a problem for some if you're looking for a quick and efficient shower, but might not be ideal for those who linger longer in the shower and want a more muted sound. You need more water pressure than necessary. for a Delta Universal 2.5 GPM jet (it has a couple of round water outlets inside that differ from this one which has a diamond shaped shield which most likely has the water hole at the back), but I'm sure most city and Country homes have that pressure. My house is set for 70 pounds which is more than enough. However, I have fewer options to adjust the intensity with lower water pressure. Once you turn the faucet down far enough, it's just a split stream of water that the Delta Universal Nozzle still sprays, just in a wider cone shape and with less force. The mirror is not glass but polished metal and is sufficient for those who do not need glasses to see themselves, even depending on the distance from the mirror. I believe that post-processing the mirror doesn't fog up because the metal conducts heat from the water through the mirror and doesn't cause condensation, at least not until the mirror is warm enough. If your bathroom gets very cold, hot water should warm it up enough for a while. Build quality seems solid and can be expected to last for years, although I don't know how it will handle hard water in the long run or how easy it will be to clean. I wasn't able to remove the nozzle from the mirror to drench the internal spray mechanism like the Delta Universal can. If anyone finds a way to clean the internal spray mechanism please post how to do it. I hope this information is sufficient for you to make an appropriate decision as to whether or not you wish to do so.
