Soap quality and packaging were ok. Well made, smooth, tender. However, it looked like a bar of laundry detergent, not, say, pears or even Irish springs. Too much lather and didn't seem gentle enough on the skin. But you can live with that too. What I absolutely didn't like was the size of these rods. They are made for huge hands. That's why they fall a lot. I had to cut the plank in half to make it usable. Secondly, the scent is just not there or too light to be noticed, let alone soothe your senses. I liked hand washing products in general, so I took a chance and went for them. But I'm almost completely disappointed. Useless purchase.
