Product works as expected. I'm not in the emergency services, I just use it for fun. I would never get behind someone and turn on the siren, but parking lots are fun when people are looking around. I like the speakerphone and it's wireless. I'm so excited, got my money's worth already, so much laughter from other people and myself. It's okay to park and use the wireless mic, even though it's only five car lengths from where you have it can use. It's still funny because people don't know where you are wirelessly. The speaker is very heavy and everything seems to be of good quality, the keyboard backlight for the wireless remote control. I think it would be good for volunteer firefighters or whatever, but mostly I just use it for fun. Support service like socks and instructions because of but if you have brains you will figure it out.
