I love Dove products and will continue to buy them but I feel the marketing of this product was inadequate at best and misleading at worst. According to the description it is a moisturizer. , a soft "beauty bar" for sensitive skin. (They claim it's not soap.) But just because it's good for many people with sensitive skin doesn't mean it's fragrance-free. Even pleasant smells give me migraines. (And to be honest, it's a lovely scent!) I should have read the ingredients saying it has scent, so I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1. It's on my account. But the ad and description are clearly aimed at communicating that this is a plain white bar for sensitive skin. I'll give the bars to relatives who can handle the smell; the return is not worth the hassle. Please do not advertise any products as "sensitive" that contain no fragrances or dyes! This is standard practice in the personal care industry!
