Bought for my ATV, seems to work fine. Haven't ridden anything crazy on the pole yet, but my trailer attached to the ball and the cart I use for gardening cling to the hole well. The only problem I had was trying to hold the car up, so I turned the hitch upside down. However, the trailer gets caught on the underside of the ball. If the punch label was just an inch longer, that would be perfect.
