We received this and were quite surprised at the quality, mostly, softness, for the money. Having read the reviews I took it slow with the zipper and had no issues. I did note that some of the thread holding the buttons were slack so I used a needle to tighten them. Should I have to? No, but as no local stores even carried these covers I was happy to find something for our down comforter. Thanks to all who posted honest reviews, they were helpful in my decision to purchase.
