Make no mistake, this wall mount is very strong and durable. Major advantage. One of the four washers was missing from the installation hardware kit and everything else was in the box. However, beware of incorrect labeling. The steel parts are clearly marked with embossed and carved arrows pointing UP and what is the TOP of the unit. However, all the stickers applied to the frame were upside down, indicating the OTHER side was up. I had no intention of disassembling the device to reveal a sticker that clearly reads UP and has an arrow underneath it pointing down. In the attached picture, I hope you understand what I mean. Maybe it wouldn't matter, but I scratched my head for more than a few moments.
