Review on Universal Motorcycle Bike 36 LED Red Amber Indicator Blinker Light Bar, Pilot Lamp Motorcycle Lighting Scanning Turn Single Brake Waterproof by Jordan Epps

Works great with flat DC battery power (pic 1). but has issues when engine is running (ripple in pic 2.). Brake, Strobe and Hazard functions work fine but running light and left and right blinker functions have an odd flicker to them. not an even regular flicker but random. also not related to engine revs. (same problem at higher revs, pic 3). i have a full bridge rectifier and regulator, but i am trying to smooth out the ripple from the stator with a capacitor but that did not work. i dont think the regulator is doing as good a job as i need it too, and that is causing the LED controller to make the blinker sequences "start over" frequently. i will try adding another regulator and see what happens. i assume this product would work flawlessly with an E-bike or the like, but the title says "motorcycle". perhaps i am getting induced EMI from other components (nothing is shielded. i am open to ideas. will keep tying to find what works.
