It's very easy-to use, has intuitive controls and allows multiple destination files for many emails at one time. I love it because there are so many options! If you're looking for something that integrates well with your Mac Mail application - it does! As far as converting an old version of Microsoft Office 365 mail folder format (2013/2016) into newer versions (2017), we had no issues doing this. This allowed us to transition all our users easily from 2013/2016 to 2017 while continuing to utilize their mailbox history within each version. I like that it allows me to quickly move files from my old Exchange server to a new one. It does not support all versions of Microsoft Outlook, so you can't use it if your version isn't supported. I would also like to see an option for more advanced filtering options. The program has been very easy to learn and is very powerful. We are able to transfer mailboxes and keep our existing addresses while moving to a new server.
