First of all, this tray table is much shorter than in the photos. Also, the right legs are spread wider than the left ones, creating a terrible tilt (see fig.). It's very heavy, so those recovering from surgery or lying in bed sick will find it difficult to maneuver! And despite the fact that the table came wrapped in plastic, it was very dirty and needed cleaning. So that wasn't acceptable to me, but Revain's customer service was great and solved my problem straight away! Because of this and the ease, I will continue to shop!
