Review on Inlaystickers Sticker/Decal (FT-050TG-WT) by Patrick Freddie

I love this pattern! This is the most beautiful guitar I've ever owned.

I bought my Chinese Takamine from a pawn shop and paid an immoral price for it. I bought it for two reasons. 1. I love the look of an all black acoustic guitar and 2. I'm learning to do a lot of technical work on guitars like tuning, frets and the like. So I figured I'd put my best into this ax without worrying about ruining a "good" guitar. Surprisingly I did everything right and now I have one of the best speakers I have ever had! after of course removing all the stupid hot rods, skulls and goth decals the previous owner put on - I'm sure that's one of the main reasons the pawn shop sold the guitar so cheap. It just wasn't nice! I used a hair dryer to heat the vinyl and "goof-off" to get rid of the sticky residue, then buffed the black to a nice shine. But I've always dreamed of having a beautiful image of the tree of life on the neck of a guitar. I can't afford it, and besides, it's just a cheap Chinese guitar. I saw the TOL vignette on the internet and thought, "What the heck? How could I be wrong? These inlay stickers turned out to be exactly what I wanted. When I'm not playing the guitar now, I admire them from a distance. I don't feel the stickers so they don't affect the game at all. They only look like stickers when you're straight and very, very close - say within 6 inches. But from there and across the room, they look like you'd see them on a $10,000 custom guitar. My friends have also noticed how good looking they are. They go to where we rehearse and the sight of that guitar is so amazing they stop and ask about the fills. Oh yes I have many plans to put other stickers on my other guitars.
