I have ordered ink for my HP printer from there several times. This worked very well until HP apparently added something to my computer in one of their updates that made my printer unable to use it. Smart Ink was very helpful and even sent me replacement ink unless it was a defective cartridge. After loading the first spare, it worked for about a week and died out. Nothing we could do on the phone would make it work. I called Dell, they can fix almost anything, but they couldn't fix the problem. They suggested I call HP. I did, and while waiting for their call, I discover that hidden deep within their website is that they put a "chip" in my program to prevent the use of after-sales ink. After I bought their brand it worked fine. I studied new printers. Needless to say, Smart Ink is not at fault and I really appreciate their efforts in resolving my issue. It wasn't her problem.
