I've been "stocking up" on styluses quite a bit lately since discovering how much easier it is to do almost anything on the iPhone and iPad with a stylus rather than my clumsy, fat fingers ! (And they really aren't thick, but compared to a good pen I might as well not have opposed thumbs!) Love this brand, all colors are your personal preference, great gifts, and the extra tip is a great touch and handy. I bought cheap 5 packs or so many packs. You get what you pay for plus a possible scratched screen. Buy a quality pen! It definitely is. I'm going to try a different brand of mesh tip as I've heard good things about them. To each his own. But if I turn out to find something I like better, for general purposes, I'll be VERY surprised. Also, I prefer the chunky type, but the thinner ones are also very good quality, so this is another decision to make when choosing a pen. Like a new car! Color and size, with the price more about the cost.
