Communication no longer works. I can't connect my phone or iPad, listen to music, or watch a movie. For some reason the plug stopped working and now we have to look for a new headphone with better quality. Initially, the sound quality was very good and the noise cancellation was good, but not for long. The quality is bad. The small comfort pad hurts my ears just because the ears are small and I thought these earbuds had smaller ear pads but they are too big and it hurts to wear them. I really want the anthem to work, be comfortable and be of the highest quality. Sorry I could give a better review. Now I'm looking for better headphones because I need them since I work with them on a daily basis. Maybe I could give a better review next.
