This case weighs 10.3 ounces, while the iPad Air 4 weighs 16.2 ounces. Quite a lot, especially if you've spent the money on a new-gen iPad because they're so light for the techno inside. I'll give it a few days to see if I get used to it, but if you like how light your iPad is, you might want to stay away. It's a rubberized case and appears to be very protective. . The fit is very good and all buttons remain functional, including enough room for Touch ID to work smoothly. The hinge is very weak and the lid is loose and can be annoying if you're typing in portrait mode like I am. I am right now. I will test it, but not very enthusiastic at the moment.
