I review this product after 1 year of use! PROS: This chamber holds 3 liters of water, but I really like the pouch itself. The material is dense, the zippers are excellent and do not stick to other softer materials when opening or closing. Aside from being full of water, there's plenty of room for other items you need to carry around. I used it in Southeast Asia for two weeks. I filled it with water and carried a bathing suit, flip flops, a large wallet, a roll of toilet paper, a portable battery to charge my phone, a hiking hat, a small bottle of hand sanitizer, a packet of wet wipes, and a few other small items , which I thought would be useful while wandering around small villages in Asia. Despite everything, I still had room for a couple of t-shirts that I bought along the way. My height is 4ft 10ft. The bag didn't feel heavy unless the bladder got full and became too bulky. It really is the perfect size for any type of activity. I use it for hiking, traveling and cycling. I have also used it for music festivals. Lots of pockets for everything you need. CONS: The only downside that neither me nor my husband like is the mouthpiece. I wish there was more water flowing through the mouthpiece. We cleaned it but it didn't help. We could try making the slot in the rubber mouthpiece bigger, but that doesn't really bother us. We just need more time for a good drink. Although the waist belt is too short. Again, I'm only 4'10 with a 30" waist. I can zip it up but it was a bit tight. When using a bag, I just fasten the waist straps and let them hang from my butt instead of tying them around. My waist Keep it on my butt hasn't bothered me on my trip or any other time I've used it. I would buy them again in a heartbeat!
