Puffy around the waist band
I really wanted to like this skirt, but it just doesn't come as pictured. It is very puffy around the waist band and makes it look like you have extra padding. It's made of a cheaper material so it doesn't flow down your legs like the picture, it more just puffs out and crinkles. Extremely disappointed
