We like that they are very focused in giving us what we want which is a great way to run our trucking operation without issues. Their customer support has been excellent as well; so far there has only been one occasion where I needed help after hours when we had an issue but they were able to get me back up within minutes through text messaging or email. Nothing really. Maybe the price would be something to consider if you need this type of program because it is expensive compared to others out there. Our fleet management systems have not failed at all since we switched from other services several years ago. Logisoft system has allowed us to manage our trucking operations efficiently. The system is easy to use and navigate. The system is also very user-friendly. The program sometimes takes a bit to load and can be slow. This is due to the fact that we have a large truck fleet. It's a great program overall. We use the system to book our drivers and keep track of their availability and mileage.
