I like that this system can help us keep track of our files, documents etc., as well helps with keeping up-to date records for clients/customers who have access via email or phone calls! It also has other features such as being able search by client file number (if you are using multiple companies) which makes finding specific info much easier than having them all stored together under one folder at once!! Sometimes there may not always appear something new added within your folders when searching but if its been updated then yes go ahead & click update again so they show back after updating.
