This thing sucks. I ignored the reviews commenting on the small size you shouldn't. It's slightly larger than a golf ball, very dense, and not as fun to throw and catch. Because all you can do with him is throw him in the air and catch him in the air. When it hits the water, it just plops down and stays there. You CAN get him through the water if you throw him like you're trying to jump over a rock (side kick and low), but he won't get far unless you put some power into the throw. And when you do, your 7-year-old you throw with doesn't stand a chance of catching it. The one I bought for $3 in a cart from Dick works MUCH better than this one. Do not buy.
