I really don't understand the negative reviews. Yes it's basic and yes it's just a piece of plastic but it's worth the price you paid for it. What do you expect? The design is simple but strong enough. The block definitely won't fall spontaneously, but yes, with a big hit or shove it can. If your surroundings are as chaotic as it likely is, you probably shouldn't get your PS4 out! I can't imagine how it can scratch your block either.
