Review on IKEA Frakta Bags Set of 10: Affordable Multipurpose Totes for Everyday Convenience by Eric Wright

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Used every day. Great for recycling, laundry, gardening and more. Decomposes in sunlight/freezing temperatures.

I use them for gardening, trash and recycling, and laundry, both dirty and clean. Its rectangular shape makes it easy to load and carry folded laundry. I can pack maybe 3 big loads of laundry in one bag, or 1 big fluffy royal duvet. 3 paper grocery bags fit open, convenient for you to use in car to keep organized. I also have a zipped version of the same size and I think 66 empty liter recycle bottles fit in one bag if that can give you an idea of the size. Of course, these open-topped plants can accommodate more when stacked. When I'm gardening, I use them to pick up weeds or, for example, to carry bouquets of plants for transplanting. They are easy to clean by rinsing with a hose. One downside: they decompose in the sun. They are made of thinner canvas material that is not UV resistant. So let's say you leave them in the hot sun for a season and then maybe for the winter they become some kind of trash but when they decompose you can just use them as a giant planter or compost heap. But for those used indoors, they hold up very well. When folded, they are deceptively strong and compact. They're loud and crunchy when mashed. I'm sure they're very cheap at the Ikea store, but I live hundreds of miles from one of them so that doesn't happen. I found Revain to be the cheapest when ordering this quantity.
