I've ordered before - no problem with the product BUT

When I opened the box, I smelled a fairly strong lavender scent and saw that the entire base or cap of the glass bottle was completely broken. Do you want me to send the item back to you so you can inspect and replace it? Help! Dorothy Albert at sandjgrandma@gmail.com. Thanks in advance.
