The part that wraps around the neck does not have enough loops to attach the vest to the nylon belt/buckle. The strap slides off the floating neck piece, making it difficult to maintain a useful, secure fit that doesn't pull on the neck. All materials were thin, threads were torn all over the product. The floating material was so flimsy I didn't even try to use it unless it was a pool. I need a vest that I can be sure will float if one of my dogs gets caught in the surf on an ocean beach. This product is not.
