I got this belt because I wanted a plastic buckle for airport use. The buckle itself is impressive, fastens the running end of the belt really well, better than most other similar metal buckles I own. But the weight of the webbing is much lighter than some other weave style webbings I have so that was a disappointment. There was an issue with the fabric puckering slightly on the back belt loop when worn. A stiffer webbing material will not do this. I wonder why the manufacturer chose a thinner material than usual. I also bought it because it's made in the USA, which is a plus.
