We were looking for a more sustainable replacement for our plastic washcloths and decided to give the original a try. I was skeptical when they first came out because they look thin and chunky but puff up nicely in the bath. They don't foam as much as plastic ones, but once you start moving them over your body you'll see a nice lather form on your skin. They have a gentle exfoliating quality that feels amazing. Each of my children and I have their own washcloth and each lasted 6 weeks. That's longer than plastic ones, which fall apart after a month. I'm not sure how much life these flannels have left, but after 6 weeks they still look and feel great, so better than plastic. What a wonderful find!
