Packaging and instructions were great. I waited a few weeks to see how I liked it before posting this review. The items inside are of good quality. I actually had my handyman install it so I can't personally tell you how easy it was, but it took very little time and he told me it was easy. The main shower head is beautifully shaped and has great water pressure. It is adjustable in different angles, which was necessary in our house. I bought this system primarily for my laptop and it works great. There is something for everyone thanks to the various massage functions. I even had to reduce the pressure a bit because it was so strong. So far, the suction of the portable device stays in place without slipping and works flawlessly. I highly recommend this item.
