In general, I like these stools. Three of the four chairs arrived in excellent condition. They came pre-assembled but I tightened the bolts after reading other people's posts just in case. The fourth stool's leg fell off as soon as I took it out of the box. I tried re-tightening the screws but the holes were already so worn it didn't work. I keep the set to myself because at least three of them are useful, but the one that doesn't work is annoying. I'll see if the glue and/or the big screws can get the fourth stool working. I wouldn't mind working up my legs, but it's annoying that one turns out to be useless.
