I really wanted to give 5 stars and maybe I should because I love the chair. Style, comfort, back support, everything. But I ordered two chairs and put the second one together with great effort. I know I did everything right because the first one worked like a dream. Then I fought hard with the second. As soon as I set it up I thought I had won the battle, but the pump that raises and lowers the chair doesn't work. I've waited too long to complain so I'm stuck with a chair that won't lower. At least it gets stuck in the top position which is what I want. But if I have a distinguished guest, he's out of luck.
