Let me tell you that this dress is beautiful. I bought it for my daughter for Easter. The problem is that this dress is too big for her. I ordered 11-12 but the tag says 18/160. Not sure if size 18 is American or European. I'm pretty sure it's a size 18 because the dress is that size. On the other hand, the biggest size I saw was an 11-12, so I'm a bit confused as to what that size is. I wish I knew so I could tell if I'm the wrong size or if it's just too big. All I can say is this dress is really beautiful and well made. Just be careful with the size. I really hope I was able to answer some of the questions you might have about this dress.
