Defective, no response from vendor
One of the cartridges has started to print dark stripes on random pages. We have two of these printers so I put a cartridge in the second printer to see if it was a cartridge or printer error. Same problem with the second printer, so one cartridge. Other cartridges in the package have issues that cause printers to continue working after initial installation. I waited a long time but the second printer finally stopped starting and is working properly now but the first printer wasn't so lucky. I have sent an email to the seller but have not received a reply. Yes, I checked my spam folder.
