If I could leave zero stars, I would. The product never worked. Received it, turned it on, connected flawlessly, sounded ok but there was no noise cancellation. I listened to them for about an hour. During that hour they were out of sync and one of them eventually went offline. When I put them back on the charger to sync again, the charging indicator turned blue and one earbud wouldn't turn back on. The sellers were helpful and sent me a second set. Their delivery was slow, on purpose I think, and the second device didn't even turn on. I've emailed the sellers again to see how they plan to proceed, but I'm not sure how anyone gave them a good rating at this point.
