I like that it has an easy to use interface, is very flexible in terms of customization options as well as pricing plans offered by the software. The support team can be reached via email or phone at all times which makes things easier when there are issues with your account. It's not something I dislike about this product but rather the fact that you cannot create custom fields within the system itself. You must go through their website and pay extra money to have additional fields added into the system. If you're looking for ease of use, then labelbox may be what you need. We've been able to streamline our workflow and cut down time spent on manual tasks.
