I was dissatisfied with the overall quality of the TZOE internet shopping experience in my role as a product manager. The user interface of their website is muddled and difficult to traverse, despite the fact that they offer a diverse selection of premium home improvement products on their website. It was difficult to make well-informed judgments about which products to purchase because there were neither detailed product descriptions nor images of the products. It became necessary for me to look for additional information on other websites, which was both annoying and time demanding. In addition to this, the shipping times for my products were significantly longer than I had anticipated, and the items arrived in a deteriorated state. When I tried to contact customer support, I was met with staff members who were unhelpful and offered no solutions to the problems I was having. In general, I think that the TZOE online store has some room for development in order to provide its customers with a more enjoyable shopping experience. They need to address the problems that they are having with delivery and customer support, as well as the issues that they are having with their user interface and product descriptions.
